Refund Policy
At Strikz Sports Academy, we are committed to delivering quality training and ensuring an enriching experience for all our athletes. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments and adjustments may be made.
1. Training & Membership Fees

All fees paid towards coaching, camps, membership or training programs are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to, interruptions or cancellations due to weather conditions, political events, health concerns, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Once payment is made for a program or package, no partial or full refund will be provided.

In case of training cancellation for any reason, Strikz academy will try its best to arrange compensatory classes. But no guarantee or assurance is provided.
2. Appointment and Slot Bookings

If a booked session or time slot is completely washed out by rain without a single minute of usage, the payment will be adjusted toward another session of equivalent value.

The adjusted session must be availed within 15 calendar days from the date of the original booking. Unused adjustments beyond this period will automatically lapse.

If the booked time slot has been partially utilized, irrespective of duration, no refund or adjustment will be applicable.
3. Grievance and Support

All such grievances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair consideration in line with academy policies.
4. Acceptance of Policy
Enrollment and/or booking of any training session, camp, or slot at Strikz Sports Academy implies acceptance and agreement to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
